3. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Orders can be placed through our website, via phone, or in person.
  • All orders are subject to availability and must be placed with sufficient lead time (minimum notice will be specified on the product page or during the checkout process).
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Orders are only confirmed after payment is completed via the selected payment method.

5. Pick-up & Delivery

  • We prefer pick-up orders from our location at 52 Callison Way, Koondoola, WA 6064.
  • Delivery is available upon request and subject to availability, delivery zones, and applicable fees.
  • You will be notified of estimated delivery times. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
  • If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. If eligible, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
  • In the event of an error or issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for resolution.
