1. Order Notice & Processing Time

  • Custom cakes require a minimum of 2–5 business days to prepare, depending on the size, complexity, and design requirements.
  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the agreed delivery or pick-up date to allow for proper scheduling and preparation.
  • We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during weekends or peak seasons.

2. Delivery Policy

  • We offer personal delivery within Perth, subject to availability.
  • Delivery charges may apply based on distance from our location Koondoola, WA 6064.
  • Our team ensures that cakes are delivered in temperature-controlled conditions suitable for cake transportation, using proper placement and secure packaging to maintain the quality and appearance of your order.
  • You will receive your cake on the date you specify at checkout or during order confirmation. We strive to deliver within your preferred time window, but exact times may vary due to logistics and traffic conditions.

3. Pick-Up Option

  • Pick-up is preferred and available from our location at 68 Callison Way, Koondoola, WA 6064.
  • Pick-up times must be agreed upon in advance to ensure your order is ready and freshly prepared.

4. Delivery Guarantee

  • We take every precaution to ensure your cake arrives safely and in perfect condition.
  • However, once the cake is delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during handling by the customer.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Any changes to delivery or pick-up details must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and our production schedule.
